How to measure your shoe size yourself

You can easily measure your feet yourself using the steps below. Measure barefoot or with thin socks on. To determine the correct size, always measure both feet.

Step on a blank piece of paper.
2. Make a contour of your foot.
3. Draw a straight line along your heel and your longest toe.
4. Now measure the distance between the two lines.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for your other foot.
6. Find the longest measured foot length in the size chart below. This is the size you will need for your shoes.

The Zamberlan New Trail Lite GTX men’s hiking shoe is suitable for hiking on mixed terrain. The shoe contains a microtex neck, so that moisture is neatly drained. The shoe also contains a Polyurethane (PU) midsole, which provides shock absorption. There is a torsionally rigid plate for foot support. There is a protective layer of rubber on the nose. The shoe is lined with Gore-Tex Performance Comfort. This shoe is therefore ideal for your (big) (hiking) adventure!
