Ordering

At Antilope Outdoor you can place your order 24/7. But how exactly does that work? We walk you through it step by step.

Order process

Have you found the product you are looking for? Then you are ready to order. To do so, follow the steps below:

Select product and place in shopping cart

1. Choose the desired product.
2. Place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
3. If this is your first order, please click on shopping cart in the top right-hand corner.
4. If you already have an account in our system and want to log in first, you can do so via ‘My account’.

Step 1: Shopping cart

1. Check your order in the shopping cart.
2. IIf you have a voucher, enter the code under ‘Coupon’ and click ‘Apply coupon’.
3. You can now proceed to step 2 via the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

Step 2: Data

1. On this page, enter your personal information. If you are logged into your account, then your information is already filled in. You only need to check them now.
2. If you are ordering for business, please enter your company name and VAT number.
3. Enter a different shipping address if necessary. Please note! This is not a DHL or PostNL pick up point. You choose this one in step 3.
4. You also have the option to create an account on this page. This is not required.
5. Now choose ‘Delivery / Payment’.

Step 3: Delivery / Payment

1. On this page, choose the desired payment method.
2. Then choose the desired shipping method. Any shipping costs will be indicated directly here.
3. Click the ‘Place order’ button to complete your order. You will now be redirected to the payment screen of the selected payment method.
4. Click the “Pay” button to complete your payment.
5. After completing the payment, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which will display your order once again.

Order confirmation and shipping

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. Once we have shipped the package, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.

The delivery time of your order is indicated with the product. Products listed as shipping today are in stock with us immediately. Products where more working days are listed as delivery time, they are on order with our supplier and will come your way as soon as possible. If you order several products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply. This is because the entire order will be delivered in one parcel or within one shipment.
