How to measure your shoe size yourself

You can easily measure your feet yourself using the steps below. Measure barefoot or with thin socks on. To determine the correct size, always measure both feet.

Step on a blank piece of paper.
2. Make a contour of your foot.
3. Draw a straight line along your heel and your longest toe.
4. Now measure the distance between the two lines.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for your other foot.
6. Find the longest measured foot length in the size chart below. This is the size you will need for your shoes.

The boot is made of high-quality materials, such as nubuck leather, lost leather, Gore-Tex and lambskin. Thanks to the nubuck leather, the boot is wear-resistant. The Gore-Tex membrane makes the Meindl Verbier Lady GTX Women’s Boot insulating, waterproof and breathable! The warm lambskin footbed gives you warm feet.

Nubuck leather

The outer material of the Meindl Verbier Lady GTX Women’s Boot is made of nubuck leather. Nubuck leather comes from the lightly sanded top layer of the animal skin. Sanding makes the leather feel softer, increases breathability and gives the leather a velvety appearance. Nubuck leather can be waxed, but it can also very well be left untreated. Waxing nubuck leather does make it darker, smoother and shinier. When you spray nubuck leather with a spray that contains wax, you treat this material in the best way.

GORE-TEX ®

The Meindl Verbier Lady GTX Women’s Boot contains a GORE-TEX ® membrane. The GORE-TEX ® membrane ensures that these hiking boots are waterproof, yet breathable. This keeps your feet dry while walking.
