How to measure your shoe size yourself

You can easily measure your feet yourself using the steps below. Measure barefoot or with thin socks on. To determine the correct size, always measure both feet.

Step on a blank piece of paper.
2. Make a contour of your foot.
3. Draw a straight line along your heel and your longest toe.
4. Now measure the distance between the two lines.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for your other foot.
6. Find the longest measured foot length in the size chart below. This is the size you will need for your shoes.

Description

The Vakuum Lady Ultra is an AB hiking shoe from Meindl with a classic look. The Vakuum Lady Ultra is suitable for long walks and for light mountain hikes in the Alps. The outer material of the shoe consists of waxed nubuck leather. Thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane, the hiking shoe is wind and waterproof.

In addition, the hiking shoe contains the memory foam system (MFS), developed by Meindl. This MFS is a kind of foam layer that is placed at the top of the shoe and on pressure points of the foot. Thanks to the MFS, the inside of the hiking shoe feels soft. Body temperature and pressure mold the MFS to the foot. This makes the Vakuum Lady Ultra a walking shoe that adapts completely to the feet of the wearer.

The Meindl Multigrip® outsole provides good grip and friction while walking. The modified profile on the heel and toe side contributes to sufficient grip during ascent and descent.
