Description

The Lowa Ferrox Nijmegen GTX was specially made for the Nijmegen Four Days Marches. The Ferrox is a multifunctional shoe that can also be used for daily activities. The Ferrox Nijmegen falls under category A walking shoes, which means that it is a light, flexible walking shoe that contributes to good stability. The Ferrox is very comfortable to wear and therefore ideal to wear while travelling.

The synthetic outer material ensures that the shoes are light, but still offer good support. Thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, the Ferrox Nijmegen is waterproof. The LOWA® Multi Trac® outsole provides good support and optimal transition of the foot while walking the Four Days Marches.

GORE-TEX®

The Ferrox Nijmegen GTX contains a GORE-TEX® membrane. The GORE-TEX® membrane ensures that the shoes are waterproof, but still breathable. This keeps your feet dry while walking.

insole

The Ferrox has a removable insole from Lowa. This insole contributes to extra walking comfort and is also available separately in our store and on our website . We also sell custom insoles that provide extra support.

Outsole

The outsole developed by Lowa gives and ensures good grip and stability while walking the Four Days Marches. The LOWA® Multi Trac® sole provides a good transition of the foot and has been developed for multifunctional outdoor use. The triangular profile of the sole is designed in such a way that it gives a good grip on different grounds and does not hold sludge or soil.
