Here follows a good and reliable way to measure your back length in order to determine the right fit.

1. Find the bone in your neck

Bend your head forward slightly. Just below your neck, you will feel a small bone protruding slightly. That is your starting point.

2. Find your hip bone

Place your hands on your hips. The top of the hip bone, where there is a hard edge, is the second measuring point. You can put on a belt if necessary so that you know exactly where the hip bone is.

3. Use a measuring tape

Now place the end of the measuring tape on the bone in your neck. Let the tape fall straight down your back.

4. Measure to the hip

At the top of the hip (or where the belt is), hold your thumb against the measuring tape. That point is the bottom of the measurement.

5. Read the back length

Now you can bring the measuring tape forward and read how many centimeters there are between the bone in the neck and the hip. That number is your back length. With your backlength, you can determine the right fit.
