The Deuter Aircontact Lite 45+10 SL is the go-to backpack for long-distance hikers who prioritize a lightweight backpack that can still carry a lot. The backpack is made of recycled polyester and is completely PFAS free. The SL in the name stands for Slim Line, which means that the backpack is ergonomically shaped to the anatomy of the woman.

The back of the Deuter Aircontact Lite is equipped with the Aircontact back system. This back system is made of airy foam and has a ventilation channel. Due to this channel, there is noticeably effective ventilation on the back and it provides space to relieve the load on the spine. Thanks to the VariQuick system, the shoulder straps are easy to adjust for optimal comfort. The shoulder straps also have mesh material, which provides extra ventilation on the shoulders. The shoulder straps are ergonomically shaped. Ergonomically shaped hip fins are attached to the back panel. These ensure that the weight is distributed over the hips.

In the backpack you can store everything you need on a long hike. It consists of a large compartment that can be reached from above and from the outside. In addition, the backpack has a bottom compartment, where, for example, a sleeping bag can easily be stored. The backpack has elastic front and side pockets and inside the large compartment there is a small pocket where your valuables can be stored. There are mounting options for an ice ax and walking sticks.

A member is attached to the top of the backpack. This is for extra storage space (this is what the +10″ is for because it can store up to 10 extra liters). It also has several compartments so you can keep your things organized. The lid is removable.
