Materials
Merino wool
Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is widely known for its high quality. Merino sheep have much more hair than other sheep. About ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as an average sheep. As a result, the wool is thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch. Merino sheep live in areas with large temperature fluctuations of -20 ºC to over 35 ºC. Their fur acts as a heat regulator. As a result, merino wool keeps you warm in the cold but breathes well. In addition, merino wool has excellent moisture management and self-cleaning properties, so you won’t easily suffer from perspiration marks and odors on your clothing.
Polyamide (nylon)
Polyamide also called nylon is a synthetic material made from petroleum. Polyamide is a strong fabric that does not tear and wrinkle easily. It is light, elastic, easy to fold and dries quickly. A disadvantage of polyamide is that it does not absorb moisture well.
