WalkingWood is made for the walker who wants to move his hands and fingers to keep the blood circulation going so that moisture accumulation decreases and the walking is more pleasant. Its use can be compared to the effect of Nordic walking in which the hands and arms remain in motion.
The cause of fluid accumulation is probably in the hanging down of the arms, which slows the blood circulation upwards. With the use of WandelWout, the muscles remain in motion and thus the blood circulation is optimal.
Operation
By lightly squeezing Walking Wood and moving the hands while walking. Upper body moves along with the trend of the use of WandelWood so that walking is also more rhythmic. This also makes the body stand up straight. Using this can also reduce fatigue and muscle soreness. The handy connectable cords ensure that WandelHout remains on the wrist when the hands must be free and thus prevents loss.

WandelHout is produced in collaboration with ATC Ommen in Overijssel. ATC stands for Labor Training Center and is a training center, a business learning environment in which the training of students with opportunities at every level is central. Geen dikke opgezette handen meer. Nu ik de wandelhoutjes gebruik. Wat een mooie eenvoudige oplossing!

Nooit verwacht dat dit op mijn wandelpad zou komen, ben er dankbaar voor, want het werkt inderdaad. Geen dikke handen/vingers meer tijdens lange wandeltochten.
