The Vaude Performance 7 M is specially designed for trekkers and mountaineers, the mat is lightweight and can be stored compactly.
The Performance 7 consists of longitudinally placed air chambers with a Primaloft® Infinity filling in a shingle construction. The Primaloft® Infinity insulation is on the top of the sleeping mat, which provides optimal thermal insulation. The Performance 7 is round on the corners, which provides a nice compromise between lightweight and maximum comfort. The R-value is the amount of insulation a mat has to offer. The higher the number, the warmer you sleep on the mat. This mat has an R-value of 2.7. This makes the mat suitable for light frost.
