merino wool
Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is generally known for its high quality. Merino sheep have much more hair than other sheep. About ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as an average sheep. This makes the wool thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch. Merino sheep live in areas with large temperature fluctuations from -20 ºC to over 35 ºC. Their fur is heat regulating. As a result, merino wool keeps you warm in the cold, but breathes well. In addition, merino wool has an excellent moisture-regulating and self-cleaning effect, so that you do not quickly suffer from perspiration spots and odors on your clothing.
Polyamide (nylon)
Polyamide, also called nylon, is a synthetic material that is made from petroleum. Polyamide is a strong fabric that does not tear and crease easily. It is light, elastic, easy to fold and dries quickly. A disadvantage of polyamide is that it does not absorb moisture well.
