The Pinewood Tiveden InsectSafe women’s pants are iron-free pants. It is ideal to wear during hiking trips as it is very comfortable. The pants feature plenty of stretch and an elastic waist. As a result, a belt is not necessary. At the bottom of the pants are adjustable flaps, so that even at the bottom the pants can be adjusted to your size. The model is a bit tighter. What is certainly another advantage: the pants are UV and mosquito resistant. This is so because the pants are treated with Pinewood InsectSafe. The pants provide long-term mosquito and tick protection. The pants do not have a membrane, so the pants are not waterproof or water-resistant. On the other hand, the pants are breathable and have an adjustable grip closure. The fabric of these pants is 64% polyester, 34% cotton and 2% elastane.
