Polyamide
Polyamide, also known as nylon, is a synthetic material made from petroleum. Polyamide is a strong fabric that does not tear and crease easily. It is light, elastic, easy to fold and dries quickly. A disadvantage of polyamide is that it does not absorb moisture well.
Elastane
Elastane is a synthetic fiber that is exceptionally elastic. Its great stretchability, but at the same time its sturdiness, distinguishes it from other synthetics. For example, it is stronger and more durable than rubber, but also much lighter. Elastane is very lightweight and is therefore very suitable when you are going to do activities. Elastane also offers a lot of room to move because it is so elastic, without losing the fit.
PFC free
The Lawa Bermuda is produced without the use of environmentally polluting fluorocarbons (PFCs). The use of PFCs in the textile finish ensures that clothing becomes water, dirt and grease repellent. An alternative finish without the use of PFCs has been used in the Lawa Bermuda. This makes the product water and dirt repellent. Only an oil repellent effect cannot currently be achieved with a PFC-free finish.
