The Nordic walking poles contain the Super Lock System, which makes the poles adjustable from 100 centimeters to 130 centimeters. The sticks can be folded to a length of 97 centimeters. The material of the sticks consists of aluminum (HTS 5.5). The weight of the sticks is 210 grams per stick.
