It’s designed to give you the ideal freedom of movement, so it’s suitable as a base layer under a vest, as well as to wear on its own for morning runs or hiking in the mountains. The Oasis Long Sleeve Scoop features flat seams that prevent chafing and pressure points, even when you’re wearing a backpack. The round neckline provides a casual look, so you can wear it every day. Finally, this shirt is made of 100% merino wool, so you can wear it odor-free for a few days in a row.
Merino wool
Merino is an ancient breed of Alpine sheep. Over the years, they have developed a super fine, highly breathable coat to protect them from icy winters and sweltering summers. It will do the same for you.
- Temperature Control: Merino naturally keeps you warm in cold conditions and it keeps you cool in hot weather.
- Breathable: Merino absorbs moisture and also lets moisture out to prevent overheating and a clammy feeling.
- UV Protection: Merino provides extra protection against sun rays.
- No odors: Merino is naturally antibacterial, so you can safely wear it for a few days in a row.

Wash
All Icebreaker garments can be washed in a normal warm or cold program in the washing machine with normal washing powder or liquid detergent. Wool detergent is also suitable, provided it does not contain softeners and the normal washing program is used. This ensures that the detergent is completely rinsed from the garment. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Separate light and dark laundry. In addition, you should not expose the Icebreaker garments to heat. Therefore, never dry them in the dryer, but on a clothesline, clothesline or in the shade.
Note: After wearing the garment a few times, it is recommended that you wash the garment separately to reduce pilling of the fabric.
