Description

The 200 Oasis Legging from Icebreaker is made of 100% merino wool. Merino wool has in principle the same properties as normal wool, but has the advantage that it does not itch. The fabric is reinforced, so that it offers more freedom of movement. The seams of the leggings are flat to prevent chafing and irritation.

Maintenance

Machine wash warm. Wash with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener. Close all closures when washing and drying. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry in the shade. Warm ironing. Do not iron over prints, trims and accessories. Do not dry clean.

Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is generally known for its high quality. Merino sheep have much more hair than other sheep. About ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as an average sheep. The wool is therefore thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch. Merino sheep live in areas with large temperature fluctuations from -20 ºC to over 35 ºC . Their fur is heat regulating. As a result, merino wool keeps you warm in the cold, but breathes well. In addition, merino wool has an excellent moisture-regulating and self-cleaning effect, so that you do not quickly suffer from perspiration spots and odors on your clothing.
