The instructions for these Sharpening Stones are as follows:
- Hold the knife against the stone. Use 1 hand to hold the knife so that the blade is at a 10 to 20 degree angle to the sharpening stone
- Swipe 1 side of the blade over the stone
- Turn the blade up and sharpen the other side
- Carefully test the sharpness of the blade
- Clean the blade and stone
Be careful when using it, careless use can lead to injury.
