A classic and comfortable mountaineering shoe with few seams. While walking, the shoe provides soft cushioning for extra comfort. The shoe has a soft leather cuff, which is the edge at the top of the inside of the shoe. Thanks to the StraightFit, the big toe has more room to fit straight into the shoe. It is made of chrome-free leather and is therefore skin-friendly.

Step on a blank piece of paper. 2. Make a contour of your foot. 3. Draw a straight line along your heel and your longest toe. 4. Now measure the distance between the two lines. 5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for your other foot. 6. Find the longest measured foot length in the size chart below. This is the size you will need for your shoes.

Description

The Waxenstein has a good grip, even on soft surfaces. The sole can also easily roll off, also called unwinding: this means that the sole at the nose and heel runs slightly upwards, which helps you to take the next step. This runs lighter compared to ‘flat’ soles.
