The Karl Pro Trousers are made of the G-1000 Silent material. This makes the pants resistant to severe weather conditions, because wind and water repellency are features of the material.
The difference with the Karl Trousers for men is in the waist. Where the Karl Trousers have a low waist, the Karl Pro Trousers have a normal waist, which is slightly raised at the back. The cut is made in such a way that you have a little more freedom of movement with these men’s trousers. The Karl Pro contains 6 pockets to store items, 1 of which is lined with mesh on the inside.
G-1000 material
G-1000 is a fabric developed by FjällRäven itself. It’s a classic that allows you to brave different activities and climates all year round, from the tropics to the polar regions. The fabric consists of 65% polyester and 35% cotton that are woven closely together. This fabric was then treated with Greenland Wax. This combination makes G-1000 a popular outdoor fabric and has a number of practical properties:
