Bend your knees slightly to begin measuring. Find the center of your kneecap and draw a straight line from there to the outside of your knee. Measure the circumference 14 cm above that point toward your upper body (A) and 12 cm below it toward your feet (B).

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
