How to measure your shoe size yourself

You can easily measure your feet yourself using the steps below. Measure barefoot or with thin socks on. To determine the correct size, always measure both feet.

1. Step on a blank piece of paper.
2. Make a contour of your foot.
3. Draw a straight line along your heel and your longest toe.
4. Now measure the distance between the two lines.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for your other foot.
6. Find the longest measured foot length in the size chart below. This is the size you will need for your shoes.

The Lowa Trekker is a hiking shoe specially designed for trekking tours and multi-day hut tours in the Alps. The shoes have a leather lining with a high moisture absorption capacity. The outer material of the Trekker consists of nubuck leather. Nubuck leather can be waxed or oiled, but it can also be left untreated.

The Trekker has a Vibram® Natural sole that is specially designed for trekking. The sole has a slightly deeper profile with a modified profile on the heel and toe side. This ensures optimal grip during ascent and descent on different surfaces.
