The Kiruna is a versatile jacket thanks to several features. The jacket is lightly padded and on the outside is made of Fjallraven’s own G-1000 Original.
The G-1000 Original ensures that this jacket is wind and water repellent. Thanks to the G-Loft Supreme lining, the jacket also offers good insulation when it is damp. All this makes the jacket suitable for a variety of activities, from a nice walk through the forest or the mountains, to the daily walk to work.
The jacket is hip-length and has a fixed, adjustable hood. The front opening has a two-way zipper with a protective flap. This wrap prevents wind from entering through the zipper. The jacket has a total of 3 zip pockets.

G-1000 Original
G-1000 is a unique fabric specially developed by Fjällräven. The fabric is made from a combination of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and is impregnated with Greenland wax. This combination ensures that G-1000 is exceptionally durable, highly breathable, wind and water resistant. In addition, G-1000 is mosquito-proof and offers almost 100% protection against UV. G-1000 can be maintained with Greenland Wax.
