This backpack has the Aircomfort system. This system consists of an elastic spring steel frame that is flexible and break-resistant. With this frame, the Aircomfort net is tensioned and a ventilation space is created between the backpack and the back. This allows humid and warm air to escape unimpeded on three sides. The Aircomfort mesh back system is extremely resilient and permanently elastic. As a result, it always returns to its original shape after deformation. In addition, this patented ventilation system from Deuter ensures about 25% less moisture loss and therefore contributes to better performance.
